Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 7, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SnapJob website (snapjob.work) and related SMS services. By using SnapJob, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SnapJob connects employers with job applicants through SMS-based screening. Employers post hourly job listings and applicants apply by answering screening questions via text message. SnapJob is not an employer, staffing agency, or employment guarantee — we provide a communication platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to use SnapJob
- Employers must be authorized to hire on behalf of the business they represent
- You must provide accurate information — fake business names, phone numbers, or job listings are prohibited
3. For Employers
Job Posting
- Each job post costs $30 and is active for 30 days
- You receive full access to all qualified candidates (name, phone number, screening answers)
- Job listings must be for legitimate, legal employment opportunities
- You are responsible for all hiring decisions — SnapJob does not vet, endorse, or guarantee any applicant
- You may not post jobs containing discriminatory language, illegal requirements, or misleading pay information
Payments
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe
- The $30 fee is non-refundable once the job is live and accepting applicants
- Prices include the cost of SMS delivery and platform access; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout
- Expired jobs can be reposted for an additional $30
Manage Links
- Each job comes with a private manage link (sent via SMS) that gives you access to your listing and candidates
- Keep this link private — anyone with the link can view your candidates' information
- SnapJob is not responsible for unauthorized access if you share your manage link
4. For Applicants
- Applying is always free — applicants are never charged
- By applying, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your application
- Your name, phone number, and screening answers will be shared with the employer who posted the job
- You can opt out of all SMS communication at any time by replying STOP
- SnapJob does not guarantee employment — we connect you with employers, but hiring decisions are theirs
- You must provide truthful information in your screening answers
5. SMS Communication
- By using SnapJob (posting a job or applying), you consent to receive SMS messages at the phone number you provide
- Message types include: screening questions, application confirmations, job alerts, employer notifications, follow-ups, and expiry notices
- Message frequency varies; typically 3–10 messages per application
- Message and data rates may apply
- Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for support.
- Compatible carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal job listings
- Use the platform to harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or abuse protections
- Use profane, discriminatory, or offensive language in job postings or screening answers
